What kind of photos is suitable for Photo Engraving?
Any picture of reasonable quality can be used. The image will be cropped and resized to achieve the best possible result. We work with all known picture formats like JPEG, TIFF, GIF etc.
How long it takes to receive my order?
The processing and delivery time is around one week once we have received confirmation of your payment.
Can I engrave several people from different photographs on the same item?
Yes. Depending on the size of the product you choose, you could have engraved up to three faces from different photographs. We will organize and adjust the faces from different photographs so that the final image will look as they had been altogether on the same photograph.
Can I use black and white photograph?
Yes. The picture can be black and white or colour, it will have no effect on the result.
Can I add text to my picture?
Yes, you can combine photo and text on your item.
How is the photo going to be cropped?
Your photo is going to be cropped in order to give you the best engraved results possible. We therefore concentrate on the face (we do not engrave the body unless you request it). We also remove the background to have a much clearer result.

Yes. We offer free worldwide delivery on all our pendants and key rings.
